About Ezzogenics
Ezzogenics Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered contractor delivering flooring, commercial renovation, work at height and glass & metal works for residential, commercial and institutional clients.
Our scope
We act as a main contractor for renovation and fit-out scopes, and as a specialist sub-contractor where a project needs only one specialisation — for example flooring on an A&A, rope-access waterproofing during a facade refurbishment, or a glass-and-metal balustrade package within a larger fit-out. Our four specialisations are flooring, commercial renovation, work at height (including rope access and boomlift), and glass & metal works.
How we work
Every project starts with a site visit — measured drawings, condition photos and a written scope summary. Quotations are itemised, listing inclusions, exclusions and assumptions so the client knows what is and isn't covered. During execution, we maintain a phased programme, weekly site walks and a request-for-information log, and close out with a defect walk-through, manuals and any applicable supplier warranties.
Safety and quality posture
Work at height is planned with a written risk assessment, method statement and rescue arrangement appropriate to the access method and personnel assigned. Specific licensing and certification — for example IRATA-certified rope access technicians, licensed electrical workers, or qualified persons for structural design — is confirmed in writing per project. Statements about regulations, codes of practice and supplier specifications are presented as references; the appointed qualified person, professional engineer or authority is the source of truth for the specific project.
